Application:

axial component lead former cuts and bends each side of an taped axial components to 90°for horizontal mount configuration(U shape assembly).

Features:

1. Suitable for taped axial components bending and cutting feet, such as belt resistors and diodes.bending and cutting feet can be finished by one time. Strong processing ability.

2. Suitable for mass production, stable quality and simple operation.

3.Independent rotary disc cutters for longer cutting life, material SKD-11.

4.AS-820U is a handcrank unit.

5. Quick and easy set-up.

6. Optional Bender tooling for 0.030" (0.76mm) to 0.050" (1.25mm) lead diameters.

7. Machine size:L200＊W200＊H160mm, 15kg

8. Can cut and apply a 90°bend to only one side of an axial component with optional hairpin tooling; usually used for horizontal mount configuration.
