Application:

ASCEN PCB coating conveyor is used as a visual PCB UV inspection station for operators controlling the boards right after a conformal coating line, It inspect the coating result use the Black-light UVA (365nm). ASCEN technology can make the whole solution of the conformal coating line.

Standard solution 1:

PCB chain conveyor –Whole board conformal coating machine–PCB UV conveyor –Curing oven–PCB chain conveyor

Standard solution 2:

Auto Loader–PCB chain conveyor–Selective Conformal coating machine –PCB UV conveyor –Curing oven –PCB conveyor –Auto unloader

Features:

* PCB coating conveyor use the UV black-light with 365um to analyze the coating result over the PCB board.

* Optional the PCB UV inspection station with the smoking device for operator for inspection after the conformal coating line.

* Modular design with the PLC intelligent controller.

* With the inspection mode and pass through mode.

* Using a dedicated aluminum slot for transfer orbit to prevent PCB stuck.
